Candice Compton serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at CyberSentinel Innovations Corp, where she designs and leads the administrative framework that underpins the company’s organizational strength and long term growth. With more than 24 years of experience in strategic leadership, workforce development, and operational excellence, she oversees all administrative functions with a focus on efficiency, high performance culture, and cohesive enterprise operations. Her portfolio includes Human Resources, Strategy, Organizational Development, and the implementation of policies and processes that align with corporate objectives.
Prior to joining CyberSentinel, Candice completed a distinguished 21 year active duty military career in the United States Air Force, where she cultivated exceptional leadership capabilities across dynamic and mission critical environments. She brings more than 15 years of specialized expertise in developing and executing Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) concepts, policies, and programs, ensuring fairness, compliance, and organizational accountability. Throughout her military and corporate tenure, she has been recognized for advancing business growth through workforce transformation, data driven decision making, and the ability to build adaptive, resilient teams.
Candice holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University.
